From the moment I contacted Nina, interested in one of her gorgeous Australian Labradoodles, she was so warm, helpful and informative and, above all, you can tell that she genuinely cares about the standard of forever home the puppies will go to. Having had two dogs in the family over the years, we had well-established expectations for a breeder and Diamond Lane Doodles exceeded all of them. After putting down a deposit on my boy Hendrix, I received weekly updates and photographs from Nina, which really made me feel a welcome part of the process as I excitedly waited for him to be old enough to collect. A few weeks prior I was able to visit him and his Mum Saffie at the family home and get a feel for the doodles’ lovely temperament and their home environment as well as having time to go through all of the required paperwork and gain some very useful advice from Nina ready for the arrival of my new pup. On collection day I was given everything I needed in a puppy pack to take home with my new family member. Diamond Lane Doodles were able to turn a process that can be quite stressful into an efficient and organised one with lovely personal touches. I couldn’t have wished for a more gentle, loving, handsome puppy than my Hendrix. I simply adore him. I often send updates to Nina as she likes to see how the puppies are getting on and I’m sure she would be willing to provide any advice should I need it.

It’s hard to imagine life without Parker and she’s only been in the family for 3 months. Everything went smoothly from first contact. You’ve been available to answer any queries though we’ve not many as Parker has been an absolute star. From our first contact the guys were knowledgeable, friendly and patient with all our questions. We met both parents who were both beautifully well kept, calm and friendly with comprehensive health test results.
We were given lots of advice, our puppy settled in straight away and was given a clean bill of health from our vet. She is an excellent family pet intelligent, clean and healthy and we will definitely go back when we are ready to expand our dog family.
